గత కొన్ని రోజులుగా దేశంలో చోటుచేసుకుంటున్న పరిణామాలపై ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోడీ జాతినుద్దేశించి ప్రసంగించనున్నారు. ముఖ్యంగా జమ్ము కశ్మీర్లో ఆర్టికల్ 370 రద్దు చేసిన అంశం, ఆ తర్వాత జమ్మూ కశ్మీర్ రాష్ట్ర హోదాని తొలగిస్తూ రెండు కేంద్రపాలిత ప్రాంతాలుగా చేస్తూ నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవడం లాంటి అంశాలను మోడీ ప్రస్తావించనున్నారు. పార్లమెంటులో ఆర్టికల్ 370 రద్దు, జమ్మూ కశ్మీర్ పునర్విభజన బిల్లు పాస్ అయిన తర్వాత ప్రధాని మోడీ దీనిపై మాట్లాడలేదు.
